Where Have I been?

I know it has been a long time since I have posted, life just got in the way.  Here is a quick review before I post about what I really want to post about.

• I didn't go to my "final" cake decorating class because I headed off to Vegas early with my mom for the National Finals Rodeo and Miss Rodeo America pageant.  
• I had all my Fall 2010 Class finals and then it was Christmas time
• For Christmas and My Birthday I got my AMAZING Kitchen Aid stand up mixer!!!!!!!!!!!  
• My New Years Eve was one I NEVER want to have to repeat again!!!!!! 
• I flew home for my 23rd birthday and of course went to Crab Cooker for a yummy birthday dinner with my parents and who other than Jessica!! Then for my Birthday dessert we enjoyed a ferry ride to Balboa Island and had some amazing balboa bars and (not so amazing- I HATE anything to do with this fruit) bananas dipped in chocolate. 
• Valentine's day was not exactly what I expected
• I have been back in California for 3 weeks now and am doing my classes via internet; hoping to be back by March 21st, but not really sure yet.  

So there is a quick review of the last couple of months!!  I am itching to get back to my blog and will be doing so hopefully by mid week.  I also have a couple cake designs that I want to start practicing- not sure if I will post them or not because when I make the "real deal" I want it to be a surprise! Then again who knows if they actually read my blog.... I doubt it but you never know, people can surprise you!

Each day is a new canvas to paint upon. Make sure your picture is full of life and happiness, and at the end of the day you don't look at it and wish you had painted something different.
