Baking Day with Ms Rebecca

My friend, Rebecca, came over yesterday to bake and hang out.  It was SO nice to have someone to talk to and share my new found love for baking with.  She is getting a ton of baking in her life now that she works for my Uncle at Ontario Bakery.  We, Rebecca and I, along with another friend of mine, Morgan are going to take a cake decorating class in July.  I am really excited about this because I don't feel that I learned a lot in my last class and I would like to learn more before I take my Uncle up on his offer to help me out.

So, Rebecca and I decided to make the Oreo Chocolate Chip Cookies and once again they were delicious and a hit with EVERYONE who got to try them.  We also made some S'more Stuffed brownies that tasted just as yummy!  Since, I already shared the Oreo Chocolate Chip Cookies on here, I am just going to share the S'more Stuffed brownies.

First you'll need all the S'more mixings and your favorite brownie mix
(I made our brownie batter by scratch)
Add half of the batter to the pan and then line the
pan with some graham crackers
Of course you can't have a S'more without some chocolate.....
..... or marshmallows
Pour the rest of the batter on top of the marshmallows.
Then if you want some graham cracker crumbs

Rebecca gives the brownies a try
