{one} what color best describes you + why?

Partners in Crime
Hmm… I am going to go with Red. Why because red is a "power" color and it was always my go to color for a rodeo queen interview.  The color showed I had confidence and I wasn't afraid to show the judges.  Plus, it so happens to be my favorite interview outfits were red!
{two} how have you changed in the past year?
Over the last year I have had to over come a few of life's mountains.. I have gained more confidence
in myself over this time and have learned that I MUST put myself before others.
{three} have you ever had any surgeries?
At 19 I had a Tonsillectomy and since then I have had 12 rounds of Synthetic Nerve Block shots in the last 4 months at a surgery center and although they are only a "procedure" it is just as dangerous as a surgery... imagine having needles right along your spine

This is after one of my synthetic nerve blocks
{four} why did you start your blog?
I was bored, living alone, in a city/state where I knew close to no one... It gave me away to journal and share my days of college, my health, and baking with my friends and family

{five} what are you looking forward to this summer?
Beach trips and baking with my mom and my friends. And getting back into shape!

{six} do you have any family traditions for the 4th of July?
When I was WAY younger our street use to have a block party every 4th of July.  We had our own personal firework show too.  Since we moved now, we celebrate on the 2nd or 3rd of July at the community firework show.  And when I was a rodeo queen I would ride in the local 4th of July parade, while my brother and dad were following up the group of horses as the "pooper scoopers" they were a HUGE hit and the parade was always a TON of fun!

{seven} what’s something new that you’ve tried in the past few months?
In the past few months I have became SERIOUS about baking and have spent countless hours in the kitchen.  I have also, gotten back into photography and am playing with the different settings on the camera, looking forward to getting better at both.

{eight} what is the perfect a/c temperature?
Living in So Cal the temperature is usually always "perfect" 70-80 degree weather; however, I can't complain about 120 degree weather in Arizona.

{nine} what was the last movie you saw in the theater?
Bridesmaid with Mr C

{ten} what song do you think everyone should hear at least once?
 Life House.... You and Me
